Canadian Experience Class (Foreign Workers in Canada)

Certain foreign workers who have worked in Canada for 2 years in a 3-year period may obtain Permanent Residence if they meet the occupational and language requirements.

Some International students who have studied in Canada for at least 2 years and who have worked in Canada for one year may obtain Permanent Residence if they meet the occupational and language requirements.
